Draft — under review; to be finalized with legal counsel before public launch.
1. How to send a notice
If you believe content on Vivimanga infringes your copyright, send a notice to the agent below. It must identify:
- the work you say is infringed;
- the allegedly infringing material and its location on Vivimanga — the page's address, and which layer (art, cut, script, voice take, score, ambience or translation);
- your contact information;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the right.
We may remove or disable access to reported material while we look at it.
2. Designated agent
Notices go to our designated agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:
3. Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same agent. It must identify the removed material and where it appeared, give your contact information, and include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.
We pass a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the notice, and may restore the material unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate repeat infringers. An account with repeated valid notices against it loses its creative roles, and the layers it contributed are taken down with it — a cut, a script, a voice take, a score or a translation is removed the same way a page is.
